DESCRIPTION

Day 1: Airport pick up in Casablanca, transfer to the hotel

Our driver/guide will meet you at the airport with the sign of the company or your full name. Then we transfer you to your hotel.


 

Day 2: Casablanca – Rabat

You’ll begin your tour by visiting Casablanca highlights including Mohamed V square and the greatest Hassan II. Moving away from Casablanca, we drive to Rabat, which is the administration and official capital city of Morocco. You will have a city tour, which includes discovering the Royal Palace, (Mechouar), Kasbah of Ouadaya, a departure point for pirates seizing European vessels during the seventeenth century. After lunch, you’ll visit Mohamed V Mausoleum, as well as Hassan Tower marking unfinished mosque during the 18th century. Check into your hotel/riad.


 

Day 3: Rabat – Volubilis –Meknes – Fes

After breakfast, we’ll depart to Meknes, another imperial city, called Ismalian capital as Moulay Ismail ruled it in the 17th century. Meknes is famous for its bastions, Lahdim Square and the gate of Bab Mansour. There is an old Medina as well with Mellah ( Jewish neighbor ). Lunch in Meknes, then we continue to discover Moulay Idriss Zerhoun, a small hill town, where the first ruler of Morocco is buried. A few miles from there is the site of Volubilus, an apparent witness of the Roman existence in Morocco. We wontinue towards Fes, the city of arts and culture. Overnight in a hotel/riad.


 

Day 4: Fes – Fes

You’ll spend your day exploring the highlight features of Fes.a local guide will take you to the ancient sites inside and outside the Medina; the Tanneries, Nejjarine fountain, EL Karaouine mosque Medersa Bouanania. Outside the Medina, you’ll stop by the gate of the Royal palace and explore the Jewish neighborhood. Lunch will be served in a traditional restaurant in the Medina. After that you’ll continue your tour by discovering the still-to-see sites. Overnight in the riad.


 

Day 5: Fes – Ben Mellal – Marrakech

After breakfast, we’ll leave Fes to Marrakech passing through a number of villages and towns along the Atlas Mountains. We’ll stop in Ifrane, a Swiss-like town to enjoy its quietness. Then we’ll cross the Atlas Mountains through the cedar forests and plain terrains before we arrive Beni Mellal, good for agriculture and mainly olive productions. Lunch and relax in a restaurant. Continue the drive to our destination of Marrakech, known as the “Red City” and home of several empires. Overnight in a hotel or riad.


 

Day 6 : Marrakech – Marrakech

You’ll commence the city tour with most important sites and historical monuments, and then you’ll stroll in its beautiful gardens. You’ll enjoy the Menara garden with its basin, and also Majorelle garden, then you’ll have a close look at Saadian Tombs, Bahia Palace, Marrakech museum and the Koutoubia Mosque, After lunch, you’ll proceed with your exploration by walking around Djemaa El Fna square, which is the main square of the city, and a platform for artistic and cultural performances, while it turns out to be an open restaurant at night as stalks of roasts and juices. Afterwards, you’ll get into the Souk (traditional market) to see the craftsmen and their showcased productions. Overnight in the riad/hotel.


 

Day 7 : Marrakech – Essaouira

We’ll pick you from your riad in Marrakech, head to the coastal town of Essaouira. We’ll drive along flat and plain terrain, and exploring the Argan trees. Argan oil is a unique of its kind, used for cosmetics and food, and it is found nowhere else in the world, but in Souss area of Morocco. You’ll glance at several cooperatives producing this oil. Arriving in Essaouira, you will have lunch with lovely flavor of fresh fish, then you’ll start exploring the town. you’ll stop by the panoramic view over Mogador, a witness of the Portuguese existence in Morocco. Then, you’ll walk around the harbor, discovering the fisheries and the traditional boats. Another thing to see are the gunners residing by the bastion, where you’ll need to sit and enjoy the sound of waves.


 

Day 8 : Essaouira – Safi – El jadida

After breakfast, we will head north to El-jadida. The drive takes place along the coast passing by a number of towns that have some historical significance. Among these towns is Safi, famous for its special pottery making. Then we continue to El Jadida, which once was a Portuguese stronghold. Short visit in El jadida, before check-in the hotel.


 

Day 9 : El jadida – Casablanca

Free morning in El jadida, and then drive towards Casablanca. You’ll have another free time in Casablanca to walk by the newly constructed seaside pavement, and optional break by the famous Rick’s café that had featured in the movie Casablanca. Overnight in the hotel.


 

Day 10: Transfer to the airport

After breakfast, we will transfer you to your airport after consulting your departure time. Wishing you a safe flight ! End of the tour
